These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tezoson app, Telegram Mini App, and website at tezoson.uz (the "Service"), operated by Tezoson ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Tezoson is
Tezoson is a marketplace and communication platform that connects clients who post tasks with independent workers who offer to perform them, primarily in Uzbekistan. Tezoson is not a party to any agreement between a client and a worker. We are not an employer, employment agency, contractor, or guarantor. We do not supervise, direct, or control the work, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any task. Any agreement, payment, and performance is solely between the client and the worker.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including tax, licensing, and labor rules relevant to the work you post or perform.
3. Your account
- You sign in with your phone number (or email). Keep your account and PIN secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Do not impersonate others or create accounts to evade suspension or bad reputation.
- One person is responsible for one account. You may add business profiles you are authorized to represent.
4. Posting tasks and applying
- Clients are responsible for describing tasks accurately, setting a fair budget, and lawful, safe conditions.
- Workers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, their skills, and their conduct, and for holding any licenses the work requires.
- Contact details are revealed only after a hire. Do not use the Service to collect others' contact data for unrelated purposes.
- Tezoson may show trust signals (ratings, reviews, verification, reliability flags), but does not guarantee any user or outcome.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post or request anything illegal, fraudulent, dangerous, sexual, exploitative, or that requires a professional license you do not hold;
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or defraud other users;
- Post false information, fake tasks, or manipulate ratings;
- Scrape, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attack the Service, or bypass security;
- Use the Service to spam or to send unsolicited messages.
6. Payments, credits and fees
- Tezoson may offer paid features (for example, boosting a task or a premium/Pro membership) purchased with Tezoson Credits or directly via a licensed Uzbek payment provider (e.g. Payme, Click).
- Credits are a prepayment for Tezoson's own services. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
- Prices and fees may change; changes apply going forward.
- Payment for the work itself is arranged directly between the client and the worker. Tezoson does not currently hold funds in escrow or guarantee payment between users.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit (tasks, messages, photos, reviews). You grant Tezoson a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to share it.
8. Ratings and reputation
Ratings, reviews, and reliability flags reflect users' own opinions and experiences. Tezoson records them but does not adjudicate disputes between users and is not liable for their content.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any user, task, or outcome will meet your expectations.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tezoson is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from interactions between users, the conduct or performance of any user, or the completion, quality, or payment of any task. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Tezoson (if any) in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Tezoson harmless from claims and costs arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your interactions with other users, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Profile → Account & security → Delete account).
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Uzbekistan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
