This Privacy Policy explains how Tezoson ("Tezoson", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Tezoson mobile app, Telegram Mini App, and website at tezoson.uz (together, the "Service"). Tezoson is a marketplace that connects clients who post tasks with workers who perform them, primarily in Uzbekistan.
By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by Tezoson. For any privacy question or request, contact us:

2. Data we collect
Information you provide
- Account: phone number, and (optionally) email address, name, and Telegram username used to sign in and be contacted.
- Profile: profile photo, work types, skills, tools/equipment, service areas, short bio, and gender (optional).
- Business (optional): company name, tax ID (STIR/INN), and related details if you post as a legal entity.
- Content: tasks you post, messages you send in chat, photos you upload, prices, offers, ratings and reviews.
- Security: a hashed PIN if you enable the in-app lock (we never store your PIN in readable form).
Information collected automatically
- Device & usage: device type, app version, log data, and a push-notification token so we can send you alerts.
- Location: the region/city you enter for a task or profile; and, only if you actively choose to "share location" in a chat, your precise GPS coordinates for that single message.
Payments
If you top up credits or pay for features, the payment is processed by a licensed Uzbek payment provider (e.g. Payme, Click). We do not receive or store your full card number. We keep a record of the transaction (amount, status, reference) to credit your account.
3. How we use your data
- To operate the Service — create your account, show tasks, enable applying, offering, hiring, chat, ratings, and notifications.
- To reveal contact details only after a hire so a client and a hired worker can coordinate (see Section 5).
- To provide AI assistance (drafting a task or profile from your text, photo, or voice).
- To keep the Service safe — prevent fraud, spam, and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
- To send you service notifications (in the app, via Telegram if you connect it, and via push).
- To comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
4. AI processing
When you use the AI features (task posting, profile writing), the text, photo, or voice you submit for that purpose is sent to a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate a suggested draft. It is used to produce your result and is always editable by you before anything is published. Do not submit others' personal data you are not entitled to share.
5. When we share data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:
- Between users, after a hire: once a client hires a worker, each side's name and contact number (and Telegram, if provided) are revealed to the other so the job can be done. Before a hire, contact details are hidden.
- Public profile signals: your name, photo, ratings, reviews, work types, and skills are visible to other users so they can decide to hire or apply.
- Service providers (processors) that run our infrastructure under contract: Supabase (database & auth), Google Firebase (push notifications), Google Gemini (AI features), Telegram (bot/Mini App delivery), and Cloudflare (web hosting/CDN). Some of these process data on servers outside Uzbekistan.
- Legal: where required by applicable law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
6. Data retention
- Chat messages are retained for about 30 days, then removed.
- Inactive/closed applications are cleaned up after about 14 days.
- Account and profile data are kept while your account is active.
- Completed-job and rating records may be retained for reputation and legal/accounting purposes.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account & security → Delete account, or by emailing support@tezoson.uz. Deletion removes your personal profile data; some records may be retained where the law requires (e.g. transaction records) or in anonymized form.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, hashed secrets) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Children
The Service is intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
10. Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by using in-app tools or contacting support@tezoson.uz. We will respond within a reasonable time in line with applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
12. Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
